The CJ-3 is a palm-sized scan tool designed for making quick checks of the OBD-II system. And when you need more in-depth analysis connect the CJ-3 to a PDA (Palm or Pocket). Options are available for Enhanced OBD-II, battery testing and PC compatibility.

  • The View Last Code memorizes the codes that were there during the last DTC check even after the codes have been cleared. However, if you check the codes again and there are no codes it will display “no codes” or whatever there was during the last check.

  • The CJ-3 module can be connected to Palm or Pocket PDAs via serial cable or Bluetooth. When used in conjunction with a PDA the CJ-3 includes all of the features listed above plus:
  • Live data view1: lists 4 PIDs in digit format + Graphs one PID
  • Live data view2: graph 2 PIDs on one screen
  • Inhibit PID display to increase update rate
  • View O2 sensor location and monitor results
  • Determine the value at any point on the graph by touching the stylus to the graph
